[www.somatraining.co.uk] is operated by SomaTraining limited whose registered office is, 17 Woodland Rise, London, N10 3UP, registered in England and Wales under company number 9075519.
We may update or amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time. We maintain the right to change the Content of the website and its Terms and Conditions at any time without giving any notice. Any changes will be posted on the Website.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us and supersedes and replaces any other terms and conditions previously published by us and any other understanding, undertaking, representation, warranty, arrangement or statement of any nature whatsoever made by us to you, whether oral, written or otherwise, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party unless we agree in writing. The agreement between you and Us which is compromised in these Terms is not intended to be for the benefit of any third party, and shall not be exercised by any other person under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
 
 
Courses & Workshops
You must comply with all rules, regulations and any other reasonable requirements, whether it is health and safety or security that apply at the premises at which courses are held.  You must only use the premises at which courses are held for the purposes of participating in courses.
We shall provide such presenters to present the courses as we, in our sole discretion, deems fit and we shall be entitled at any time to substitute any presenter with any other person who, in our sole discretion, we deem suitably qualified to present the relevant course.
If you require a visa to enable you to study with us, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary visa and for ensuring that your attendance is satisfactory to meet your visa requirements.
Your personal possessions are your own responsibility and we accept no responsibility and/or liability for anything that is lost or stolen from the venue where the courses take place.
You acknowledge that we operate a zero tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour.  Abusive or violent behaviour and/or unfair or dishonest practices directed at our staff or other students will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We may, at our reasonable discretion and without liability or any obligation to refund course fees, refuse to supply any course to any student and may refuse to admit to, and may remove from any premises, any student whose participation in any course would, in our reasonable opinion, be undesirable or whose behaviour we considers is or may be in breach of this agreement.
You can reschedule your registration free of charge or cancel for a full refund up to 4 weeks prior to the scheduled course date. It is not possible to cancel your registration for a full refund within 4 weeks leading up to the course date but you can use the amount paid towards a future course within the next 12 month. Admin fees may apply. Our standard cancellation policy of 4 weeks does not apply to the ELDOA 4 Trainer’s Certification course. Our cancellation policy for ELDOA 4 is 8 weeks for a full refund. If you need to cancel your participation you can use the amount paid for the course towards a future course within the next 12 months. Admin fees may apply.


Course material
Where applicable, all course materials will be made available to you at the time and location where the course is take place. As required by the nature of teaching style, when attending any SomaTraining and SomaTherapy Program Course, parts of the course material will be given to you at the start, with the remaining part of the course material at the end of the course.
We expect you to verify that the course and course materials will meet your needs and that you received all relevant course materials. We do not make any commitment to you that you will obtain any particular result from your use of the Course Materials or that you will obtain any particular qualification on completion of the Course (unless otherwise stated on the Website).
We must be notified of any queries, complaints whilst you are on the course. If you do not notify us within this time period, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result.  If your complaints are a result of our mistake or negligence, we will correct it to accommodate.
 
Payments
All course payments whether it is a deposit or full payment are final. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use our discretion to determine whether to make refunds and/or deferrals.
In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to cancel a Course at any time. In such an event all students will be entitled to a full refund or a transfer to a future Course.
We will provide the Course Materials in accordance with the Course description, which is set out on the Website.
 
Disclaimer
The Courses are for training purposes only. We will not accept any responsibility to any party for the use of the tuition provided and/or the contents of the Course Materials for any purpose other than training for educational purposes, including but not limited to the giving of advice by you to any third party.
 
Copyright
All course material is protected by copyright law and is the intellectual property of  Guy VOYER and SomaTraining limited. You may not transfer, modify, copy, reproduce, republish, resell, distribute or broadcast in any way any of the material presented during our Courses & Workshops whether it be written, voice or video recording without the written consent of SomaTraining limited. There are no voice or video recording allowed during any of the courses & workshop without the written consent of SomaTraining limited.
In consideration of receipt by us of the course fee, we grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for the sole purpose of studying for the Course.
Use of the course materials not expressly permitted in these terms is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of our copyright or our other intellectual property rights, and / or the copyright or other intellectual property rights of our licensors.
 
Privacy
You can access our website home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data.
We collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using our services. If we wish to use your personal data for a purpose outside the practice of our business, we offer you the means to consent to this new purpose.
We don’t disclose your personal data to any third party organization.
You can ask us, by sending an email (info@somatraining.co.uk) whether we are keeping personal data about you.
Upon request: We will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data, which we keep about you, within a week. Although we may require proof of your identity. We will provide the information without any charge. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data rectified or amended.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide our visitors with a copy of their personal data, but will give reasons for our refusal. We do, however, allow you to challenge our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data.
Our privacy policy is compliant with the legislation in force in the UK and Wales. There are no global or regional regulatory or self-regulatory schemes applicable to our web site or organization. We cannot demonstrate that our privacy policy accords with the privacy instrument.
