Refund policy
All course payments whether it is a deposit or full payment are final. In case of illness or emergency the deposit or course fee is transferable to another course of your choice within a 12-month period. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use our discretion to determine whether to make refunds and/or deferrals.
