Course outline:
This combined course covers all general spinal ELDOA™ exercises from the lumbosacral junction (L5/S1), segment by segment all the way up to the upper cervical spine (C2/C3). This combined intensive course will efficiently cover all the material and ELDOA exercises for the spine in one course.
- Descriptive Anatomy and introduction to Relational Anatomy
- Classical Spine Biomechanics
- Functional Spine Unit of Junghans & the roll of the Intervertebral Disc
- Description of the Intervertebral Disc and its Biomechanics
- Introduction to the Dura Mater, Cerebral Spinal Fluid & Primary Respiratory Mechanism: General ELDOA™.
- Physiology of Water at a cellular level: Intercellular vs. Extracellular.
- Back Pain: Introduction to Scoliosis & Spinal Pathologies
- ELDOA™ exercise progressions and practice from L5-S1 to C2-C3.
- Advanced Coaching Methodology: Awareness, MFS, Lemniscate, Factors of progression.
The goal of this course is for the student to leave with a more in-depth understanding of anatomical, mechanical and tensegrity principals of the ELDOA™ while getting plenty of practical experience with ELDOA™ exercises for all spinal levels from L5/S1-C2/3.
Course certificate: Upon completion the certificate of ELDOA™ Student Practitioner Level 1 & 2 will be given.
